Artwork Specifications for Full Screen Messages

1. Screen size for designing should be 337x192 pixels. Please leave a 10% “safe title” or “bleed” area around the inside of your 337x192 design. HORIZONTAL formats work the best.
2. Avoid thin, complex fonts for your copy - thick, bold, clean fonts work best. Font sizes should be as large as possible - there isn't really a strict numeric size to go by. Think "billboard!"
3. Solid blocks of color generally look better than a complicated, intricate background. Again, thin lines should be avoided.
4. High contrast images usually look better than gradients. Avoid using too much white, though; keep your dark colors in the background and use white/light colors for your text.
5. We run on a PC platform and can open a variety of file types. We prefer to receive HIGHQUALITY (print quality) graphics in .eps, psd, .jpg, .bmp, or tiffs or targas WITH ALPHA CHANNELS (if the logo is an irregular shape). Logos copied from websites are not acceptable. Please send artwork via e-mail to jhill@ids-sports.com

Artwork Specifications for Logos

1. Formats – EPS or vector-based files, so that we may size your logo to our specifications
2. Composition – If possible, please submit BOTH VERTICAL and HORIZONTAL versions of your logo. Different spots in the show require certain compositions.
3. Branding Limitations – Please disclose any design limitations for your logo (i.e. your logo can only be placed on a white background)
4. Vector or Layered graphics files such as, .eps, .psd. Please send logos via e-mail to jhill@ids-sports.com

Specifications for Video (if you plan on playing video on the video wall)

• Frame size at 864x486 (16:9 ratio)
• 4:3 safe title
• Slates are optional
• If there is audio on the tape, then have the audio at 48 kHz.

Listed below are the video formats we currently accept. Please let us know how many video spots to expect, and how long each spot is. Please send the video with the NAME of the GOLF TOURNAMENT to the address below by your due date. Also let me know if the video needs to be returned to you.

• Small Mouth Beta SP
• DVD video format (chaptered, with at least 3 seconds of black at the beginning and end of each chapter)
• Windows Media (AVI)
• QuickTime movies (MOV)

1. Screen size for designing should be 448x64 pixels. Please leave a 10% “safe title” or “bleed” area around the inside of your 448x64 design. HORIZONTAL formats work the best.

1. Screen size for designing should be 112x192 pixels. Please leave a 10% “safe title” or “bleed” area around the inside of your 112x192 design. VERTICAL formats work the best.
