Catering Overview
Prom Catering is the caterer for the 2015 Constellation SENIOR PLAYERS Championship. Based out of Minnesota, Prom Catering has been in business for over 60 years and has worked on numerous PGA TOUR events. They are responsible for all the food that is available on course, including the concession stands and all hospitality venues. Keystone Suite clients have the option to upgrade their menus. Please see below for upgrading details.

Important Dates for Upgrades
Food and Beverage Contract and Approved Menu are due by April 28, 2015
In order to better serve you and your clients, it is necessary to have your linen selection, full advance payment, and guaranteed guest counts, by May 10, 2015.
Food & Beverage Service Includes
- Solid Color Skirting for the Buffet, Bar, and Registration Tables in Addition to Solid Color Overlays and Underlays for the Inside Guest Tables
- Specialty Linen Available for an Additional Charge between $15.00 - $45.00 per cloth
- High Quality Disposable Plastic Plates, Flatware, Glassware, and Napkins
- China Service, Stainless Flatware, and Linen Napkins are available at an Additional Charge of $15.00/guest per meal
- All Service Related Equipment such as Chafing Dishes, Serving Utensils and Dishes, Barbecue Grills, etc….
- Customized Menus are Available Upon Request
All Pricing is Subject to Applicable State and Local Taxes, and is Subject to the Tournament Approval
Guaranteed & Minimum Guest Counts
A minimum Food and Beverage guest count of 30 is required per meal each day. If less than this minimum, a 15% service fee will be added to the invoice and menu items may be limited.
In order for us to plan for this event correctly, we will need you to supply us with your guaranteed guest count no later than May 19, 2014
No decreases to guaranteed guest counts will be accepted after the above date
Service Charge
A Service Charge of 20% will be added to food and beverage charges
The above Service Charge is not considered gratuity. Gratuity is optional
Staffing
Standard numbers of wait staff/bartenders for Food and Beverage Service is included in your orders meeting the minimum guest counts.
Wait Staff One (1) for every 50 guests
Bartender One (1) for every 100 guests
Menu choices may also affect the number of staff assigned to your location. The number of wait staff will be agreed upon by both parties prior to service
Additional Staff May Be Added at a Rate of $30.00 per Hour per Wait Staff and/or Bartender with a Minimum of Four (4) Hours
Payment Procedures
Full payment is required before food and beverage can be served during the Event The advance payment schedule is as follows:
100% - May 19, 2014
Payment by Credit Card or PayPal can be made on our website www.promcatering.com
Changes and/or additions during the Event will be reflected on a final invoice, which will be due 30 days after the conclusion of the Tournament

A 1.5% service charge per month will be added to all overdue balances
